The Agency Charter
Agencies run other people's catalogues through SKULayer, which means trusting us with the two things an agency cannot afford to lose: client relationships and client data. These six commitments are how we hold that trust. They are written to be checkable, and where a commitment is backed by the product or the terms, we say where.
- 01
Your clients are yours
SKULayer never approaches an agency’s client commercially. Not while they are your client, not after an audit, not from anything we learn operating their feed. Your client relationships are the reason agencies exist; a tool that mines them is not a tool, it is a competitor with a login.
- 02
Client separation is architecture, not policy
Every client in your workspace keeps its own feeds, rules, delivery URLs and history. Separation is enforced in the data layer on every query, not by a setting somebody could mis-tick. One client’s data never leaks into another’s view, export or report.
- 03
Your data trains nothing and is sold to nobody
Feed data is processed to run audits, transformations and delivery for the workspace that owns it, and that is all. It is not sold, and it is not used to train AI models. That commitment is in our terms, not just on this page.
- 04
Support looks only where you ask
When you ask us for help we look at the workspace you name, do the minimum needed, and tell you what we did. We do not browse customer workspaces uninvited.
- 05
Leaving is easy, staying is a choice
Cancel in two clicks from the billing portal. Your rules are readable in plain language, never a proprietary format; your delivery URLs keep serving through the wind-down window; deleting your account removes your data. We would rather earn next month than lock you into it.
- 06
Nobody gets a better deal than you can see
Pricing is published on this site, the same numbers for everyone. No agency is quietly given preferential product access, early features or private limits because of who they know. A level field is the point of a neutral layer.
Questions about any of this, or something you think the charter should cover: hello@skulayer.com. Changes to the charter get a version number and a date, the same discipline as the readiness score methodology.
