Feed operations for agencies
Run every client feed from one place.
Audit and improve Google Shopping and Meta feeds across your client book. Keep each client separate, pool your SKU allowance, and preview every change before it goes live.
The Free plan is free, forever, no card: one feed, 1,000 products, audited and fixed daily. Prove the win on a client feed before you pitch a penny. The Agency plan starts with 14 days free.
Per-store pricing punishes portfolio work
Most feed tools price per shop, per channel, or per catalogue size, so every client you win makes the tool more expensive. SKULayer pools one SKU allowance across your whole workspace: £99 a month covers 10 clients on 25,000 pooled SKUs, which is under £10 a client, and Agency Scale takes the book to unlimited clients on 150,000.
Walk into the pitch with the audit done
Every agency plan includes unlimited prospect audits: point SKULayer at a prospect’s public feed and walk into the meeting with their readiness score, the findings, and a shareable report with your name on it. Prospect audits spend none of your SKU pool, and when the client signs, one click converts the audit into their live feed with the history intact.
Twelve dashboards, one pair of eyes
Every client keeps its own feeds, rules, runs, and delivery URLs, with full client separation, but you monitor the lot from one screen: health, open issues, and the next scheduled run for every feed in the book.
The fix lives where the diagnosis is
The audit reads like advice, not a log file: what is wrong, which products it affects, what it costs, and a route to the fix. Findings are written to be forwarded to a client without translating.
Rules a junior can read
One ordered stack per feed, in plain English, top to bottom. No per-field mapping sprawl to reverse-engineer when the person who set it up moves on. Every change is previewed against real items before it saves, and every version can be restored.
The account lead's phone is now a feed console
A client emails about disapprovals at 8pm. Instead of opening a laptop, your account lead asks the AI assistant they already use: what's wrong with this client's feed? It reads the live audit and Google's own Merchant Center verdicts, proposes the fix as a rule, and shows the exact items that would change. They approve it, the next run applies it, and the reply to the client writes itself.
Your AI asks. SKULayer checks. You approve.
How agent access works →Proof you can put in a client report
Every audit compares the feed your client's platform produced with the feed SKULayer delivered, check by check, so "here is what we fixed this month" is a screenshot rather than a claim. Connect Merchant Center and SKULayer also tracks Google's own issue verdicts from found, to fix shipped, to cleared. The readiness score behind it follows a published methodology, so the number in your report is one a client can check.
And because an agency is trusting us with its client book, the Agency Charter puts our side of that in writing: we never approach your clients, separation is architectural, and leaving is easy.
Agency questions
How does agency pricing work?
Two published tiers, no per-client or per-feed charges. Agency is £99 a month for 10 clients, unlimited feeds, and 25,000 SKUs pooled across the whole workspace — under £10 a client. Agency Scale is £299 for unlimited clients and 150,000 pooled SKUs. Both take two months free on annual billing, and both can add +25,000-SKU packs at £25 a month each when a book outgrows its pool.
What are prospect audits?
Audit-only feeds for companies you are pitching. Enter the prospect’s feed URL and SKULayer audits their catalogue — deterministic checks, refreshed weekly, up to 25 active prospects at a time — without touching your SKU pool or client count. Each audit gets a public report link you can send or present, co-branded with your workspace name. When they sign, one click converts the prospect into a live client feed and keeps the audit history.
How does client separation work?
Structurally. Every client has its own feeds, rules, run history, and delivery URLs, kept apart by how the product is built rather than by policy. Pooling applies to the SKU allowance only, never to data.
Can my team share access?
Yes. Invite team members to the workspace with owner, admin, or member roles. Everyone works from the same client list, and the activity log records who changed what, including changes made by a connected AI agent.
Does SKULayer compete with agencies?
No. SKULayer Ltd is an independent software company that sells software, not agency services. Your client data stays in your workspace, is not sold, and is not used to train AI models. We have no services arm to feed and no interest in your accounts. The Agency Charter on this site puts that in writing, commitment by commitment, including that we never approach an agency’s client commercially.
How do we migrate a client without risking the live feed?
Point SKULayer at the same source feed the current tool reads. It audits and serves in parallel on its own delivery URL, so nothing changes for the client until you compare the two outputs and switch the URL in Merchant Center yourself. After the switch, their live feed only changes when a new version passes every check.
What does the AI agent access actually let us do?
Connect the AI assistant your team already uses, and it can read any feed audit, read Merchant Center issues, draft a fix as a rule, show the preview, and trigger a run, from a chat, including on a phone. Access is scoped read-only or read-and-write per token, every write is previewed before it applies, and you can revoke access at any time.
Start with the client feed that annoys you most
Connect it, run the audit, and see what SKULayer finds. If it's clean, you've lost ten minutes. If it isn't, you've found this month's client win.
