Refund and cancellation policy

Trials
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Card details are taken at checkout, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel from the billing portal at any point during the trial and you pay nothing at all.
Cancelling a paid plan
Cancel any time from the billing portal on your Account page: two clicks, no email, no phone call. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, the service keeps working until then, and it does not renew. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing month as standard.
SKU packs
Adding or removing +25,000-SKU packs takes effect immediately, and Stripe adjusts the charge on your next invoice to reflect when the change was made.
Billing errors
If we have charged you incorrectly, charged you twice, or charged you after a cancellation you made in time, tell us at hello@skulayer.com and we will refund the difference in full. That is not a negotiation; billing mistakes are ours to put right.
Something gone wrong?
If the service has materially failed you, we would rather know than keep the money. Email us with what happened and we will look at it case by case. SKULayer is a service for businesses; this policy does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
